The company Quality Control is based on IS0 9001:2008 quality management system. The QC department, which carries all members of joining system, plays a leading role in the implementation and application of quality control.

QC procedure: incoming materials (IQC) - SMT (QC) - welding (QC) - assembly (QC) - other production processes (IPQC) - pre-packaging QC - QA
Incoming quality control (IQC): testing on incoming materials before production
Production quality control (IPQC): Inspection on semi-finished products or Inspection in production
Inferior products control (QC): product function testing
Outgoing quality control (QA): Ensure of quality before delivery.

QC process IC: Japan, Korea, Taiwan area and the US
PCBA: assembled in house
Molding and other components: local market...
